6.18. If an account has no login activity for 180 days, it will be deemed an “Inactive Account.” We may charge a monthly administrative fee of €5 (or AUD equivalent) until the balance is zero.

6.19. In the event of software or financial errors, we reserve the right to debit incorrectly credited funds and will refund any amounts incorrectly debited.

6.20. If we mistakenly credit your account, the amount remains the property of the Company and will be deducted. If you withdraw these funds, you will owe the amount to the Company as a debt. You must notify us immediately of any incorrect crediting.

6.21. Transferring funds between Customers is strictly prohibited.

6.22. We are entitled to set off any positive balance in your account against any amount you owe to the Company.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.2. All bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, phone number, and computer.

7.4. Residents of Excluded Jurisdictions are not eligible for promotions.

7.6. All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This is a multiplier applied to the bonus amount, the deposit + bonus amount, or winnings, as specified in the promotion’s terms.

7.7. Wagering Contributions:

7.11. Your real money balance is wagered first. After it is depleted, your bonus balance will be used.

7.12. Wagering requirements must be met within 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses. Otherwise, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

7.13. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all related winnings.

7.14. Once wagering is complete, the bonus funds and winnings are transferred to your real money balance and can be withdrawn.
